- Free Initial Consultation: We encourage local Eugene clients to have their first appointments in-person, but we also offer video and phone visits.
- Initial labs: We can bill your insurance through one of our labs, or the cash pay price for the comprehensive labs listed below is a one time fee of $225.
- Monthly Fee for HRT: $259 which includes up to 3 hormones (progesterone, estradiol, and testosterone). All visits, follow up labs, and supplies are included. Thyroid optimization and monitoring may be added ala carte at market rate.
- Initial Follow-Up to Review Labs: This appointment fee is included in the first monthly cost if you choose to start HRT; otherwise, this is a $100 flat fee for the lab review visit.
Discounts are offered to couples who are both on hormone replacement together. You each get a free month out of the year!
